Return and Exchange:
Raja Sahib guarantees the quality of products you order. However, in case of any fault the below mentioned points are to be considered. Raja Sahib allows returns of items purchased from the online store if:
(a) A defective/damaged product is delivered
(b) A wrong product is delivered
(c) One or more product is/are missing from the order at the time of delivery
(d) Customers must inform the Raja Sahib representative/ courier about the issue at the time of delivery and with the receipt of order.
- In case of a valid complaint, Raja Sahib will resolve the issue by replacing the missing/damaged/incorrect item.
- In case replacement of the specific product is not possible, Raja Sahib will offer a replacement item or offer a wallet refund depending on the circumstances.
- If you have an issue that isn't covered in any of the above points, please reach out to our customer service so the solution can be resolved together.
Delivery Information:
- Minimum Order amount is Rs.1000/-
- We accept Cash On Delivery.
- We currently deliver in specific areas of Lahore ONLY.
- We deliver groceries everywhere, be it at home, apartment or a suite. In case delivery to your suite or apartment is not permitted, you will be asked to meet the driver in the lobby of your building.
- After receiving the order, please ensure all items are complete according to your order and sale slip. We will not entertain any claims without the sale slip.
- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at 03344477758, or log onto our chat service as soon as possible so that the order can be canceled.
- We deliver from 10:00 AM till 9:00 PM, throughout the week. Orders placed after 09:00 PM will be scheduled for the next day.
- For Lahore, we charge a small amount of Rs. 99.
